After receiving the package, carefully open your box and take out the neon light with the protective film.

Remove the protective film by hand as much as possible, instead of using sharp tools to tear it open.

Connect your remote control [if available], or directly connect the neon light’s wires to the adapter and plug, press the switch. You should feel the charming light and the unique atmosphere it brings.

NOTE: Please pay attention to the length of the wires and sockets before installation. Make sure your cords can reach the outlet before securing to the wall.

Your sign is like a beautiful painting, but even easier to hang 😎

You have 3 options:

1. Mount it to the wall
2. Hang it from the ceiling
3. Use 3M Stripes

MOUNTING:
In your box you will find the screw set that's tailored to your sign. This will allow you to easily mount your sign to the wall.

HANGING:
We do not provide hanging kits, but if you request one we got you. We will pre-drill the support accordingly and provide you with the suspension rope.

3M STRIPS:
Smaller signs can also use 3M double-sided tape, but ensure the weight of your sign is not too much for the 3M tape to handle. There is risk of damage or injury if your sign was not on the wall securely.

Please note, we don't recommend using the 3M Strips with UV Printed acrylic backing. The strip can peel off the colour or print on the acrylic if you try to remove it after installation, thus damaging your beautiful neon. We recommend placing the 3M Strips in areas that are clear and not coloured to avoid this from happening.

So plugging your new LED neon sign in is as easy as plugging in a lamp. The only thing you need is an available outlet. We supply the rest

Don't have an outlet for an event? Don't worry we've got your back, we can supply you with a battery. But note, this works with small signs only. Just mention it when you do your inquiry and we'll include it in your quote.

Some of our indoor signs come with a dimmer to control the brightness and to turn your sign on and off. We also offer the option to purchase and use a remote instead, which connects the same way as your dimmer.

You will just need to plug one cable of the dimmer with the connector of the sign, and the other one with the connector of the power supply. If you have a remote, make sure to add batteries and voila! Full control over your beautiful new sign.

Yes, our signs are able to be hardwired however this is not something we can help with. Our signs all come with a power supply that connects to your outlet for easy use, however, if you decide to hardwire your neon you should get a trained professional to assist you in this process. 

Additionally, please note that our one year warranty will be voided if you decide to hardwire the neon as you are voluntarily changing the components of the neon and we will have no control over how it's installed.

You've mounted your neon and are gloriously showing it off to all your friends and family that come by - amazing! As time goes by you want to make sure that it stays in tip top shape and looking incredible for years to come, so here is some general housekeeping for you to know: 

• Use a cotton cloth with ethyl alcohol to keep it looking fresh and clean
• Use a microfibre cloth or duster to wipe down any excess dust that can gather on your neon
• Don't use an exorbitant amount fluid when cleaning as this can seep under the tubing and cause your LED's to malfunction

Follow those few steps to maintain and clean your neon and you should have no problems! 

Some of our signs are designed for outdoor use and are weather-resistant. Please refer to the product description or contact us to confirm if your sign is suitable for outdoor use.

We can also adapt interior signs for exterior us, there are additional fees but just contact us and we'll set you up with a custom order.

We accept returns on non-customized products within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders unless there is a defect or error on our part.

If your neon sign arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@houseofneon.com.

We’ll arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Please retain all original packaging for return shipping. Also, we're sorry.
