MATERIALS
Each sign is made of a neon flex material, consisting of PVC or Silicon piping with LED lights, that is mounted on a recycled acrylic board.
These materials allow us to create realistic neon signs, with bright lights and intense color, while being more durable, affordable, and sustainable than traditional neon.

For pre-made signs, orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Custom orders take around 2-4 days to process. Shipping times vary by location between 5-12 days.
CAN I HANG MY PIECE OUTSIDE?
Most of our neon signs are designed for indoor use. Contact us for a custom order if you need an exterior sign. These signs required weather-resistant and durable coating as well as a unique power supply for outdoor installation.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR THIS PRODUCT?
We accept returns on non-customized products within 30 days of purchase. Custom orders are non-refundable unless there's a defect.
